1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

 

Welcome to Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. ("Elite Brazil," "we," "us," or "our"), a luxury personal consulting firm registered in Alberta, Canada under Trade Name Registration No. TN27985100. By engaging our services, visiting our website at www.elitebrazilmatchmaking.com, or entering into a service agreement with us, you ("Client," "Member," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. About Our Services

 

2.1 Nature of Services

Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. is a luxury personal introduction and relationship consulting firm. We provide bespoke, curated matchmaking and relationship consulting services exclusively for well-accomplished, successful adults seeking committed, long-term romantic relationships.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized compatibility and lifestyle assessments

• Private, hand-selected personal introductions

• Relationship coaching and emotional intelligence guidance

• Cross-cultural coaching for international relationships

• Ongoing post-introduction feedback and refinement

• Image and presence consulting (upon request)

• Discreet, concierge-level client support

2.2 What Our Services Are Not

Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. is not a dating app, online dating platform, escort service, or adult entertainment service. All services are professional, relationship-focused, and intended exclusively for individuals seeking genuine, committed partnerships. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any solicitation or use of our services for purposes other than sincere romantic introductions.

2.3 Geographic Scope

Elite Brazil primarily serves well-accomplished, successful gentlemen located in North America and Europe, and facilitates introductions with well-accomplished, successful Brazilian women ("Exclusive Members"). We also serve LGBTQ+ clients through our dedicated division. Services are provided remotely and in-person, depending on client location and package.

3. Eligibility

 

To engage our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher)

• Be a single adult legally eligible to enter into a romantic relationship

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the application or onboarding process

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

 

Elite Brazil reserves the right to decline service to any applicant at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Client Obligations

​

4.1 Honesty and Good Faith

Clients and Exclusive Members are required to engage with Elite Brazil and with all introduced parties honestly and in good faith. This includes providing truthful information about your background, relationship history, intentions, and personal circumstances (including marital status, children, health conditions relevant to a relationship, and financial circumstances where represented).

4.2 Respectful Conduct

All clients and Exclusive Members agree to treat each other and Elite Brazil's team with dignity and respect at all times. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, inappropriate communication, or any behaviour deemed threatening or offensive will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4.3 Confidentiality

Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by introduced parties, including names, contact details, personal background, photographs, and any other personal information. This obligation continues indefinitely following the conclusion of services.

5. Fees, Payment & Refund Policy

​

5.1 Fee Structure

Elite Brazil operates on a membership and retainer fee model. All fees are communicated transparently prior to engagement and outlined in your individual service agreement. The membership fee is payable in two equal instalments: 50% is due upfront upon signing the membership agreement, and the remaining 50% is invoiced three (3) months after the first instalment.

5.2 Payment

Payments are accepted via secure methods, including credit/debit card (processed via Helcim or other approved payment processors), bank transfer, and other methods as agreed. All payments are in United States Dollars (USD) as specified in your service agreement.

5.3 Refund Policy

Given the bespoke and consultative nature of our services, all fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced. "Commencement" is defined as the completion of your intake assessment and/or the delivery of a first introduction, whichever occurs first.

​

In exceptional circumstances — such as a documented inability to continue services due to a medical emergency or bereavement — Elite Brazil may, at its sole discretion, offer a service credit or partial refund. Any such consideration must be requested in writing within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request.

​

If Elite Brazil is unable to provide any service as agreed due to circumstances within our control, a pro-rated credit or refund will be issued accordingly.

5.4 Chargebacks

Clients agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered. Any billing concern should first be directed to hello@elitebrazilmatchmaking.com. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of services and legal action to recover fees.

6. No Guarantee of Results

 

Elite Brazil provides professional matchmaking, introduction, and coaching services. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant any particular outcome, including but not limited to: a romantic match, a long-term relationship, marriage, or any specific number of introductions within a given timeframe.

Matchmaking is an inherently human and unpredictable process. Our commitment is to provide exceptional, personalized service, curated introductions, and professional guidance. Success ultimately depends on the individuals involved.

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on our website and in our communications — including text, images, branding, logos, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

 

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at www.elitebrazilmatchmaking.com. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co., its founders, employees, consultants, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, including any interactions between clients or introduced parties.

Elite Brazil's total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Brazil Matchmaking Co. and its team from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your interactions with other clients or introduced parties.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, under Trade Name Registration No. TN27985100, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

​

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Amendments

 

Elite Brazil reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
